Wooden buildings using natural thermal and acoustic insulation
Ambrožová, Elena ; Spáčilová, Jitka (referee) ; Myslín,, Jiří (referee) ; Solař,, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hirš, Jiří (referee) ; Spáčil, Miroslav (advisor)
Dissertation deals with the technical parameters of natural thermal insulation. In addition, there is a global trend in the construction of reducing energy consumption for heating, air conditioning, or with operating facilities in buildings and the use of perspective and efficient building materials with a negligible negative impact on the environment. Therefore, the attention not only professionals are increasingly turning to alternative materials, such as natural insulation, the material can be drawn from local sources and whose production is energy-saving and leaving a small ecological footprint. As part of the doctoral thesis were tested short term water absorption, measurements were made of the thermal conductivity and its change after the test short term water absorption. Was determined dependence of thermal conductivity on humidity and heat resistance was determined. Moreover a natural insulation applications in building construction with a comparison of the various technical parameters and environmental footprint. At the conclusion was made by acoustic insulation in timber construction and price analysis.
Assessment of the economic efficiency of low-energy and passive house
Maixner, Lukáš ; Klímová, Lenka (referee) ; Vaňková, Lucie (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the economic efficiency of alow-energy and passive construction. This paper presents problems of lowenergy and passive construction, their individual characteristics, classification, construction materials, evaluation methods and opportunities for economic assessment due to the investment costs of implementation objects. The main practical part focuses on comparing the investment and operating costs for the construction of a standard, low-energy and passive house. Together with this are processed simple labels building. The out come of this diploma thesis is the calculation of returnability increased by the initial investment in the construction of a standard, low-energy and passive house.
Ecology of wooden buildings and passive wooden buildings
Servusová, Michaela ; Aigel, Petr (referee) ; Výskala, Miloslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with an ecological impact of a building process. The work is focused on the impact of wooden buildings on environment. In theoretical part of the thesis concepts related to the construction of wooden buildings and passive houses are described and possible environmental assessment methods are defined. In the practical part of the thesis environmental aspects of construction production and materials are evaluated. Prices of natural materials are also defined and the most suitable ecological solution is selected.
Economic Benefits of Low-energy and Passive Houses
Vopelka, Jan ; Liška, Luděk (referee) ; Kocourková, Gabriela (advisor)
This thesis deals with the issue of low-energy and passive houses. It describes the principals and requirements for their construction. It deals with the advantages of houses with low heating demand. The payback period of reference object was set from the calculations.
Study of reflectance of materials for construction surface treatment
Rauchfussová, Karolína ; Šot, František (referee) ; Šťastník, Stanislav (advisor)
Presented work deals with the study of properties of the progressive heat-reflecting foil thermal insulating materials. The work describes the transport mechanism of thermal energy through the structure of heat-reflecting materials, physical properties are compared with conventional thermal insulating materials. It is also shown here the main applications of these materials are in the field of low-energy and passive houses, especially in terms of the optimal method of incorporating in the building. The practical part is devoted to measuring of reflectance was made and then the measuring device HOT BOX was assembled.
Návrh rodinného domu se zaměřením na energetickou náročnost
Ťupová, Klára
The diploma thesis deals with the design of an energy-efficient single-storey family house in the STEICO structural system with a lean-to roof for a family of four. The house is of rectangular-shape plan with a roofed external terrace and roofed parking place for a car. An integral part of the thesis will be the project documentation respecting the current standard and legislative requirements in the Czech republic. The thesis is focused on the solution of energy-saving houses based on the assesment of energy efficiency according to czech regulation no. 78/2013 utilizing Teplo and Energie software applications. An integral part ot the assesment is also a comparison of different heating and HDW source alternatives with respect to actual heat loss of the building.
